Saturday Fun Day

We had a big day today!  We got up and had breakfast with Kristen and then we headed for the Park for the Fall Festival.  

 On the way home from the fall fest we came upon an Army airshow of old war planes.  

 Once home we craved pumpkins.

 Brian's pumpkin is on the left, mine is in the middle, and Kristen's is on the left.

 Saturday evening we went to Boo at the Birmingham Zoo!

Bath Time!

 This Stinky dog needed a bath.  We also have company coming in this morning for the weekend.  Kristen Seigenthaler is here for today and tomorrow to visit.  We have some fun stuff planned for the weekend.

Pumpkin Pie Dessert

I made pumpkin pie spice mousse with homemade whipped topping.  It was really good.  

Finally Finshed

I finished the master bath and laundry room tile this week.  I'm happy to have it finished.  The only thing left to do is cut down the master bath and laundry room doors.

Blooms and Flowers

My orchid had blooms on it when I bought it almost 4 years ago and then they fell off.  Since then it hasn't bloomed once, until recently.  Currently we have two open blooms with two more to come.

Brian Goes to the Dentist

We both went last week for cleanings and Brian had to go back this week for 3 fillings.

Project for a Good Friend

The current quilt project is a University of Maryland t-shirt quilt for a good friend.
