Yakisoba!!!

Yakisoba is a Japanese dish and Brian made it for dinner tonight.  It was really good!!

Cooked ham

 Ham broth

 Pineapple chunks

 Yakisoba noodles

 chopped cabbage

 Add the cabbage to the ham broth

 Cooking yakisoba noodles in olive oil

 Add Yakisoba noodles to cabbage ham broth mixture

 Add Ham

 Add Pineapple and let cook 5 minutes

Brian's Casting Class

Brian took a casting class in Birmingham this weekend.  He had a lot of fun and two other athletic trainers that he knows took the class with him.

The Road Home

It's official, I will be home to Missouri in March!!!

Over Spring break I am going to take a short trip home to visit everyone and pick up some stuff.  

I will be driving and bringing Gus with me but Brian will unfortunately not be making this trip with me due to work.
