Wedding and Reception

Carnival confirmed on Friday that we are the only wedding on the boat on July 4th, which allowed us to pick the wedding and reception locations much early than we were suppose to.  

The wedding location will be the Normandie Main Show Theater.

The reception will be in the Leonardo Lounge.

New Wreath

I made a new wreath for the front door.

I got some lilacs this year.  Brian stopped to let me pick some at a wooded area between two houses in town.

Gus' Wedding Attire

Brian felt that Gus needed to be at our wedding, so we had to find him a Hawaiian shirt.  We have picked out a beachy picture frame and plan to have a picture of Gus at the wedding. 

Lunch with the Geese

Friday I took my lunch and parked in the back of a store parking lot to eat.  There is a small pond right beyond the bushes and there were some geese in the area.  These two wandered up with their babies and were fun to watch.

Random Things from the Last Two Weeks

We have been slow on posting lately.  The last weekend in April was Talladega race weekend.  It turned out to be a great weekend.  I was able to spend some time with Wendy on Wednesday and Thursday.  On Friday Laurie and I headed out to the race track to meet the group.

I took Gus to Lacrosse practice with me one day last week.  I tied his leash to the cooler.
