Date Night

Last night we went to the Nicolas Arboretum to the Peony Garden in Ann Arbor.  The Peonies always bloom in late May or June depending on the weather.  The garden is in full bloom right now and smells amazing!  Afterwards we did some shopping to pick up some things that we needed for the wedding.

Saturday I covered District Softball and Baseball at Whitmore Lake High School. 

My baseball team won the District Championship!

My Sunday morning was spent running the Dexter/Ann Arbor Half Marathon.  I love this race!  It is run along the Huron River and most of it is cover by a green canopy of trees.  

We had thunderstorms again this year during.  From about mile 7-9 it down poured with thunder and lightning as we ran.  It was wonderful to run in the rain.
