I fully believe that every American should see Arlington Cemetery. It gives a very real perspective that Freedom is not Free.
The Tomb of the Unknown Solider is guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sunshine, rain, snow, hurricane, blizzard, etc. The change of the guard takes place at the top of every hour, or 30-minutes depending on weather conditions. The Tomb represents ALL soldiers who are missing in action, or killed in action, whose bodies can not be identified. As technological means advance, bodies are identified, families are notified, and are given full proper military burial. A following post will have a video of the changing of the guard.
