Prior to now we haven't taken the time to walk the trails of the gardens, but with all this extra down time we have now, we thought we would take advance of "our backyard".
Lots of geese around! It is also nesting/hatching time for the baby geese and there are several nests around!
Lots of turtles out sunning!!
Look closely and you will see a goose on a nest.
In the middle out in the water there is a beaver swimming in the pond!
So this goose on the ground was very territorial on separate visits to this area and at first we couldn't find what he was guarding. Look at the top of the gazebo! His mate was on the nest!! See the video at the end. He would hiss at us if we got close!

Lots of turtles around the pond.
Can you find the snake!! We ran across two snakes that were laying on the walking path.
Lots of deer around the area.
Beautiful views of Fleming Creek as it runs through the property.
